Sanity Acres started as a simple idea: there should be a place near Goodwater where you can actually breathe. No front desk, no key cards, no schedule that runs you. Just a house on a piece of land with a few good rooms and a kitchen where someone makes you eggs if you're awake in time.
We're not a resort. We're not trying to be. We're a quiet spot off Shady Grove Road where the Wi-Fi works, the coffee is hot, and the only thing you need to check is the weather.

We don't do a strict schedule. If you're up early and the kitchen's lit, you'll find eggs, toast, fruit, and coffee on the table. If you sleep in, there's still bread in the bag and jam in the fridge. Sometimes breakfast is a full spread. Sometimes it's just knowing you can make yourself something without feeling like you're imposing.
